Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit . Classes can take a variety of formats but typical one may involve shadow boxing , skipping , hitting pads ,press-ups , shuttle -runs and sit-ups . A very good way to keep fit and it is suitable for all fitness levels .
A 30 minutes workout targeting core tone. Improve balance by building stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core.
Maximus is a Full body workout which combines Strength and conditioning with Metafit, Shadow Boxing and Agility Skills. This 1 hour workout is loaded with various training modes. The Goal is simple, smash each mode and you'll burn calories for fun.
